Description
The Coating Operator I operates parylene deposition systems and related vacuum, plasma, and coating equipment to process customer-supplied parts according to customer and engineering specifications. The role includes preparing and documenting job travelers, loading and monitoring machines, verifying coating thickness, performing routine maintenance and refurbishing, assembling fixtures, handling chemical baths, and supporting shipping, receiving, FAA/DOT testing, and other fluctuating production needs. A high school diploma or GED, mechanical ability, and previous machine operator experience are required.
