Description
The Cold Head Operator sets up, operates, adjusts, and maintains cold-head equipment to produce formed products according to customer specifications. The role includes completing work orders, monitoring production efficiency, inspecting parts with approved gauges, submitting daily production reports, maintaining quality standards, and performing housekeeping. It is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Technical Forming Manager and requires a high school diploma or GED, with mechanical experience and cold-head setup experience preferred.
