Description
The E-Coat Unload & Inspection Team Leader coordinates the safe, timely, and accurate unloading and inspection of E-Coated product in a manufacturing environment. Reporting to the E-Coat Manufacturing Supervisor or designated Operations leadership, the role provides day-to-day direction, training, coaching, and process leadership to associates while maintaining production rates, quality standards, traceability, safety, and process flow. The position requires a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent, plus previous manufacturing experience; E-Coat, automotive, finishing, inspection, or related production experience is preferred, as is prior working-leader or Team Leader experience.
