Georgia-Pacific is hiring a 2nd-shift Electrical Technician in Phoenix, Arizona, to troubleshoot, repair, install, align, dismantle, and maintain industrial machinery and electrical systems in a manufacturing environment. The role includes predictive and precision maintenance, motor and control-system troubleshooting, electrical-schematic interpretation, equipment startup and shutdown, safety compliance, root-cause analysis, and continuous-improvement support. Candidates need at least three years of verifiable electrical or mechanical technician experience in a closely related industrial electrical role; five or more years, formal electrical training, PLC diagnostic experience, predictive maintenance experience, reliability-improvement experience, and mentoring experience are preferred. The position pays $45.50–$51.00 per hour, includes a $2.00 shift differential, and offers a potential 6% quarterly performance bonus.
