Description
The Jor-Mac Company is hiring a 2nd Shift EMLK Operator to operate and monitor Electro-Magnetic Leak Key machinery Monday through Thursday from 4:30 PM to 2:30 AM. The role includes equipment setup, calibration, routine inspections, quality checks, troubleshooting, production logging, safety compliance, and collaboration with maintenance and quality assurance teams. A high school diploma or equivalent, manufacturing machinery experience, mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, and consistent second-shift availability are required; certification, quality-control experience, computerized tracking familiarity, technical-document reading, and communication skills are preferred. The position offers a $1,250 sign-on bonus for eligible new hires and a $4.00 per hour shift premium.
