Description
The Field Operations Manager oversees day-to-day facility operations across assigned campuses, warehouses, office buildings, or airports. The role leads and develops frontline employees and supervisors, manages staffing and hiring, serves as the primary client liaison, ensures service and contract compliance, improves operational performance, and oversees budgets, reports, vendors, safety, and continuous improvement. It requires 2–3 years of facility, operations, or project management experience, including 1–2 years of supervisory experience, along with leadership, communication, budgeting, and Microsoft Office skills.
