Description
The Field Operations Manager oversees day-to-day facility operations across assigned campuses, warehouses, office buildings, or airports, while serving as the primary liaison with client partners. The role leads and develops frontline staff, manages staffing and hiring, maintains client relationships, ensures compliance with contracts and safety standards, improves operational performance, and prepares financial and operational reports. It requires 2–3 years of facility, operations, or project management experience, including 1–2 years of supervisory experience, along with leadership, communication, budgeting, and Microsoft Office skills.
