The Fleet Supervisor (2nd Shift) leads day-to-day operations of a maintenance shop serving a fleet of 70+ vehicles, supervises 13 technicians, assigns and prioritizes repair and preventative maintenance work, monitors quality and safety, performs mechanical duties as needed, manages parts inventory, coaches and evaluates employees, and prepares reports. The role is onsite in Chesapeake, Virginia, requires a high school diploma or GED, four years of relevant experience, and a valid driver's license, and offers a base pay range of $73,525 to $86,000 with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
