Description
The 2nd Shift Fleet Supervisor leads technicians and oversees day-to-day maintenance-shop operations, including repairs, work orders, quality monitoring, inventory, personnel coaching and evaluation, safety compliance, and reporting. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, four years of relevant work experience, and a valid driver's license; diesel or CNG systems knowledge is preferred. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays, and the position offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
