The Plant Production Supervisor performs daily plant operations to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line, including service shops. The role executes production instructions, applies technical knowledge and judgment, supports junior team members, and may lead a junior team. It requires a second-shift schedule, a bachelor's degree or a high school diploma/GED with at least six years of manufacturing, warehouse, or similar experience plus at least six years of supervisory experience, and offers a U.S. pay range of $76,300 to $114,400 with medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
