JBS USA is hiring a full-time 2nd Shift Ham Line Supervisor in Beardstown, Illinois to lead hourly team members in achieving production, quality, and safety goals on the ham line. The role is responsible for operational leadership, safety, and employee engagement, including maintaining food safety practices, monitoring product quality, resolving production bottlenecks, ensuring resources are available, and fostering continuous improvement.
