Description
The Machine Helper supports the end-to-end production of corrugated products for food-grade, medical-grade, and retail industries. The role follows supervisor instructions, works with the crew, maintains a clean and organized work area, completes production, safety, and quality reports, assists with equipment maintenance, and may switch duties with the First Helper. The position requires physical work involving lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving up to 50 pounds, along with the ability to read a tape measure and follow factory instructions. A high school diploma or GED and prior corrugated or fulfillment experience are preferred. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., with overtime as needed on Fridays.
