Description
The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor provides hands-on leadership and technical support to a facilities maintenance team in a food manufacturing environment. The role oversees utilities, building systems, grounds, maintenance planning, troubleshooting, emergency response, safety compliance, technician training, and continuous improvement, while coordinating work priorities and supporting the Facilities Manager. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience, leadership experience, ammonia refrigeration expertise, industrial utilities knowledge, and a valid driver’s license.
