Techmer PM is hiring a Machine Operator for its Clinton, Tennessee facility on the 2nd shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The role operates manufacturing equipment to produce plastic compounds, follows safety procedures, monitors process measurements and controls, and troubleshoots equipment. A high school diploma or GED is required, while two years of manufacturing experience and extrusion experience are preferred. The position pays $18.50 per hour plus a $1.50 per hour shift differential, with medical benefits, retirement matching, paid leave, and other benefits.
