Description
The 2nd Shift Machine Operator will set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain food-production equipment such as slicers, fillers, and labeling machines in Grillo’s temperature-controlled manufacturing facility. The role includes quality checks, production logging, sanitation, safety compliance, teamwork, and training new associates. A high school diploma or equivalent and prior manufacturing or food-production machinery experience are required, along with mechanical aptitude, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and reliable attendance.
