Howmet Fastening Systems is hiring a 2nd Shift Machine Tech I in Torrance, California. The role sets up and operates secondary production machines, performs light bench, hand, and assembly work, checks parts with gauges and precision instruments, operates machines to produce parts according to specifications, performs SPC charting, and maintains a clean and safe work area. The position requires basic shop math, English communication, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds; a high school diploma or GED is preferred. Compensation is $21–$24 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
