Description
ABM is hiring a MND Facility Maintenance Supervisor to lead and supervise facility maintenance technicians for Mercedes facilities. The role oversees daily maintenance operations, work assignments, safety and compliance, emergency repairs, quality inspections, client communication, service delivery, and reporting. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years of facility or building maintenance experience including supervisory experience, knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems, and the ability to obtain Mercedes security clearance and airfield access. The position operates weekdays from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM and includes physical work in varying weather conditions.
