Description
The Shift Maintenance Supervisor will lead and coach maintenance technicians, tool makers, electricians, and other associates across shifts; oversee preventive and corrective maintenance; plan and assign maintenance tasks; maintain equipment uptime; coordinate with production, engineering, and outside contractors; develop personnel capabilities; and ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and operating standards. The role is based in Lexington, Ohio, with minimal to no travel, and prefers an associate’s degree in maintenance or manufacturing technologies, four years of technical or journeyman experience, five years of maintenance experience, and supervisory experience.
