Description
Grede is hiring a 2nd shift Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at its Biscoe, North Carolina foundry. The role supervises and coordinates repairs, assigns work orders, trains and coaches employees, troubleshoots equipment, manages inspections and budgets, enforces safety and work rules, and maintains communication with other shifts and departments. The position requires 3–5 years of heavy manufacturing experience, with foundry experience preferred, and involves working 10+ hours per day plus weekends as needed in a hot environment.
