Upstate Niagara Cooperative is hiring a second-shift industrial maintenance technician to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve plant equipment and process systems. The role covers electro-mechanical, pneumatic, PLC, computer-controlled, plumbing, and building maintenance; performance monitoring; regulatory compliance; employee training; and maintenance labor management. It requires a high school diploma, experience with electro-mechanical systems and process instrumentation, schematic interpretation, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. The position is scheduled for 12:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. with weekend and holiday availability and pays $80,000-$90,000 per year.
