Description
The RMS 2nd Shift Manual Machinist - VTL operates large vertical turret lathes and other manual machining equipment to produce, modify, and repair rotating machinery components such as pumps, turbines, and compressors. The role includes interpreting blueprints, setting up machines, measuring and verifying tolerances, inspecting parts, troubleshooting, maintaining equipment, documenting work, and collaborating with shop personnel. It requires 5–10 years of manual machining experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in a metalworking environment; the position is based in Pasadena, Texas and offers medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and a 401(k).
