Description
Tremco Construction Products Group is hiring a Manufacturing Operator for its East 80th Cleveland Manufacturing Plant, starting in the Felt or Roofing Department. The role involves safely starting up, troubleshooting, and operating production equipment; monitoring line metrics; making raw-material batches; performing quality-control tests; labeling and filling containers; operating a forklift; and maintaining the work area. The position begins on the first shift during the probationary period and may move to second or third shift afterward. No prior education or experience is required, while manufacturing, warehouse, or similar experience and a forklift certificate are preferred. The hourly rate is generally $20.00, with health insurance and other benefits listed.
