Description
The employer is hiring four entry-level manufacturing positions with cross-training: E-Coat Rack Loader, E-Coat Rack Unload & Coating Inspector, Machine Weld Operator, and Assembly & Count Associate. The roles involve loading and unloading e-coated parts, inspecting coated parts, operating spot and resistance welding robots, and assembling and packing rubber and metal components. All positions require Monday-Friday availability, occasional overtime, physical stamina, lifting up to 35 pounds, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks; computer skills are a plus but training is provided.
