CTDI is hiring a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee second-shift warehouse operations from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The role manages receiving, storage, order fulfillment, shipping, inventory, budgets, P&L reporting, KPIs, staff leadership, cross-functional coordination, compliance, and escalated issues. Candidates need at least five years of leadership experience, including P&L or budget experience, along with warehouse management systems, inventory control, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
