CTDI is hiring a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee second-shift warehouse operations from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM Monday through Friday. The role manages receiving, storage, order fulfillment, shipping, inventory, budgets, P&L reporting, KPIs, staff leadership, cross-functional coordination, compliance, and escalated issues. Candidates need at least five years of leadership experience, including P&L or budget experience, along with warehouse management systems, inventory control, analytical, communication, and project management skills. The position offers weekly pay, incentives, health, dental, vision, and prescription coverage, and does not qualify for visa sponsorship.
