Description
This entry-level, hands-on Operations Manager role manages associate safety, production, quality, yields, attendance, payroll, hiring, discipline, training, and compliance with USDA, HACCP, GMPF, OSHA, and MIOSHA standards. The role leads and coaches associates, supports continuous improvement and preventative maintenance, monitors real-time performance data, maintains production schedules and budgets, and partners with QA, Food Safety, Human Resources, and USDA. It requires HACCP knowledge, English proficiency, computer and Microsoft Excel skills, physical ability to work in a wet and cold environment, and a powered industrial truck permit.
