L3Harris is hiring a 2nd Shift Operations Program Manager in Wilmington, Massachusetts to lead operations across the design, build, test, and manufacturing phases of spaceflight hardware programs. The role manages production planning, facilities, quality, supply chain, manufacturing readiness, risk, cost, schedule, delivery, continuous improvement, and cross-functional teams, while advising on opto-mechanical and electrical assemblies. The position requires a relevant engineering degree and at least nine years of prior experience, or equivalent experience and education, plus the ability to obtain a secret or top-secret clearance. The 9/80 schedule pays a 10% differential, with a Massachusetts salary range of $116,500 to $216,500.
