L3Harris is hiring a 2nd Shift Operations Program Manager for its Space & Mission Systems business in Wilmington, Massachusetts. The role leads planning and execution of operations across design for manufacturability, production planning, facilities, testing, quality, supply chain, manufacturing, and assembly and integration of opto-mechanical and electrical assemblies. The manager coordinates cross-functional teams, tracks cost, schedule, and delivery, supports manufacturing readiness reviews, provides capacity and lab-space planning, and mentors technical staff. The position requires a relevant engineering degree and at least nine years of prior experience, or equivalent experience and education, plus the ability to obtain a secret or top-secret clearance. The 9/80 schedule includes a 10% pay differential, with a Massachusetts salary range of $116,500 to $216,500.
