Description
The Production Associate assists with finished-product creation through machine operation, manual labor, and maintenance of production standards. The role includes meeting customer demand and production schedules, setting and adjusting machines, troubleshooting production issues, checking box quality, maintaining safety and housekeeping, training assistants, and reporting maintenance needs. The position requires at least one year of manufacturing or production experience, preferably in corrugated manufacturing, and involves physically demanding work including lifting up to 75 pounds and exposure to moving mechanical parts and loud noise.
