ProFarm is hiring a Manufacturing Operator to safely and effectively operate plant equipment and monitor in-process production in a manufacturing environment. The role includes verifying raw materials, completing documentation, inspecting and maintaining equipment, adjusting processes, documenting analytical results, communicating deviations, following cleaning procedures, and maintaining production logs. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalency, forklift certification or the ability to obtain it within 30 days, and at least one year of process and equipment experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, fermentation, biotechnology, or a related field. The role involves varied temperatures, dust, fumes, noise, heavy machinery, and physical lifting, and requires availability for different shifts and overtime.
