RBC Bearings is hiring a Teflon-Lined Parts Bench Operator to perform bench operations on Teflon-lined parts under the direction of a supervisor or lead person. Duties include installing Teflon liners, cutting and trimming Teflon, loosening bearings, honing bearings to size, cleaning bearings, maintaining production counts, checking dimensions with simple measuring instruments, and maintaining a clean and safe Clean Room. The role pays $18.85-$20.00 per hour in Connecticut and includes medical, dental, vision, 401K matching, and paid time off.
