Description
POLYWOOD is hiring a part-time Industrial Maintenance Technician for a Monday–Wednesday, 2:30 p.m.–11:00 p.m. second-shift schedule. The role diagnoses and repairs mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, PLC, VFD, HMI, safety-circuit, motor-control, CNC, extruder, and other industrial equipment; performs preventive and predictive maintenance; troubleshoots production failures; and supports safe, reliable second-shift operations. Candidates need at least five years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, along with knowledge of industrial electrical systems, control panels, schematics, and automation technologies. The starting base rate is $30.00 per hour, with an 8% second-shift premium bringing the starting second-shift rate to $32.40 per hour.
