Description
The Jor-Mac Company is hiring a 2nd Shift PEM Machine Operator to set up, operate, monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot precision PEM manufacturing equipment during Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM–12:00 AM. The role includes quality inspections, production recordkeeping, safety compliance, and collaboration with maintenance and engineering teams. A high school diploma or equivalent, manufacturing machinery experience, mechanical aptitude, technical-drawing ability, and reliable second-shift availability are required; machine-operation certification, preventive maintenance, safety knowledge, computer skills, and teamwork are preferred. The position offers a $1,250 sign-on bonus for eligible new hires.
