Description
The 2nd Shift Press Operator will manufacture high-quality rubber components for dairy equipment by operating and monitoring rubber injection mold presses, inspecting and finishing molded parts, following safety procedures, recording production information, and supporting teammates. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, pays $1.25 per hour plus a shift premium, and offers training for candidates without prior manufacturing experience. The position requires standing and walking for the entire shift, frequent hand use, and occasional lifting of more than 40 pounds.
