Description
The Press Operator operates one or more plastic injection molding presses per shift, follows process operating procedures, performs visual inspections, weighs and documents parts, handles scrap and purging, reworks products, packages and labels finished goods, maintains machine and work-area cleanliness, and participates in safety and continuous-improvement initiatives. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, preferably, and experience in injection molding or manufacturing, along with computer and scanning equipment knowledge, punctuality, attention to detail, communication ability, and independent work capability.
