Redline Plastics is hiring a Process Tech Lead to oversee rotational-molding production, troubleshoot process issues, inspect parts, set machine parameters, lead continuous-improvement initiatives, train manufacturing employees, and support new projects. The role requires hands-on manufacturing experience, strong problem-solving and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a manufacturing plant environment; it also includes administrative duties, forklift certification, and a 2pm–10pm schedule.
