Description
The Production Assembly – 2nd Shift role assembles windows according to customer specifications using drawings, blueprints, hand tools, and measuring equipment. The employee ensures quality, packages windows for shipping, collaborates with a team, and may cross-train in other production areas. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 3:15 p.m. to 1:15 a.m., with Fridays as needed for overtime and eight hours on Fridays. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not required, and the employer will train the right candidate.
