Description
The Production Associate will produce and inspect metal components through stamping, fabrication, assembly, spot welding, and finishing while following standard operating procedures and quality requirements. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math and reading skills, safety awareness, housekeeping, and participation in continuous improvement; previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. The position works Monday through Thursday from 4:20 p.m. to 2:50 a.m. in a manufacturing environment that may involve standing, lifting materials, and working around industrial machinery.
