Description
The Composite Laminate Operator sets up, operates, adjusts, cleans, and maintains equipment used to produce composite laminates for aerospace sails, medical devices, and outdoor applications. The role includes quality sampling and inspection, recordkeeping, inventory handling, packaging, minor preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, safety and security compliance, and assistance with team training. It requires a high school diploma, at least one year of manufacturing experience, forklift and overhead-crane operation, and the ability to work in a hazardous manufacturing environment.
