Fisher Barton is hiring a full-time, second-shift Production Lead - CNC Turning to oversee daily operations of its CNC turning department. The role coordinates production schedules, monitors and troubleshoots multi-axis CNC turning centers, maintains quality and lean manufacturing standards, leads and develops CNC machinists, manages tooling and minor maintenance, and reports production performance. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least 5–7 years of CNC machinist experience with CNC turning, and 2–3 years of lead or supervisory experience; an associate degree or vocational training in machining technology or CNC programming is preferred. The position is based at the ASI Turning Center of Excellence in Waukesha, Wisconsin, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
