Description
Hoosier Racing Tire is hiring Production Operators in Plymouth, Indiana for second-shift schedules from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. or 4 p.m. to midnight, Monday through Friday. The role may involve training for Band Builder, Calendar Operator, Mixing Operator, Final Finish Operator, Press Operator, or other production positions. Duties include measuring materials, monitoring product quality, responding to equipment downtime, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and following safety and environmental policies. Applicants must be able to follow written English instructions, work overtime, stand for long periods, perform frequent bending, climbing, squatting, crawling, reaching, and twisting, and lift 20–75 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 100 pounds. Manufacturing experience is preferred, and the employer does not sponsor employment visas or pay relocation expenses.
