Description
The Production Supervisor reports to the Department Manager and oversees daily department operations, including training lead associates and employees, maintaining records and inventory, meeting HACCP requirements, coordinating with other departments, preparing reports, completing timesheets, enforcing company policies, conducting evaluations and disciplinary actions, and representing the department at company activities. The role requires food-industry education or equivalent knowledge, three to five years of related experience including at least two years in a supervisory role, Microsoft Office proficiency, HACCP certification, USDA regulation knowledge, and bilingual English/Spanish ability.
