Description
CTDI is hiring a Production Supervisor to coordinate and assign production workers, supervise machinery operation, assembly, quality control, and packaging, and meet production targets, quality standards, KPIs, and P&L goals. The role includes scheduling, troubleshooting, shift handovers, employee relations, training, safety compliance, inventory coordination, and customer and management communication. The shift is Tuesday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in a warehouse environment. The position requires at least one year of leadership experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and United States work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available.
