Emerson is hiring a Production Supervisor for its Chanhassen, Minnesota facility. The second-shift role oversees assigned production areas and supports safety, quality, continuous improvement, productivity, staffing, training, cost management, employee engagement, and employee relations. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least four years of related supervisory experience, United States work authorization, and availability for the Monday–Thursday 3:00 PM–1:30 AM shift. Preferred qualifications include a business-related bachelor’s degree, manufacturing experience, and lean manufacturing experience. The salary range is $70,000–$90,000 annually, with medical, dental, and vision coverage among the benefits.
