Jones Dairy Farm is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor in Fort Atkinson. The role involves planning, directing, and coordinating all aspects of operations, including scheduling, training, employee productivity, product quality, safety compliance, and equipment effectiveness. The supervisor will ensure material availability, administer company policies, meet quality goals, ensure HACCP and USDA compliance, recommend improvements, supervise personnel, complete training, meet efficiency goals, provide safety leadership, control overhead costs, complete administrative functions, communicate effectively, and handle special projects.
