Description
The Laboratory Inspector prepares metallurgical mounts and supports physical and mechanical testing in a manufacturing laboratory. The role uses precision inspection tools, blueprints, work instructions, and specifications to verify product conformance, and performs sample preparation, salt-spray and high-humidity testing, torque testing, and tensile testing. It requires a high school diploma or GED, 0–1 years of quality experience, blueprint and shop-math skills, basic computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced shop-floor environment.
