Description
The Jor-Mac Company is hiring a 2nd Shift Robotic Welder to operate and maintain robotic welding equipment, produce high-quality welded components, monitor equipment performance, perform routine maintenance, inspect welds, and collaborate with engineering and production teams. The role runs Monday through Thursday from 4:30 PM to 2:30 AM and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, robotic welding or similar automated manufacturing experience, welding-process knowledge, blueprint-reading ability, and attention to quality and safety. Preferred qualifications include robotic welding certification, programming or troubleshooting experience, OSHA familiarity, second-shift manufacturing experience, and mechanical problem-solving skills. The position offers a $1,250 sign-on bonus for eligible new hires and a $4.00 per hour shift premium.
