CTDI is hiring a Shift Production Supervisor for its second shift, running from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM Monday through Friday. The role supervises production workers operating machinery, assembling items, performing quality checks, and packaging products; assigns work, supports production challenges, monitors KPIs and quality, coordinates workflow and supplies, assists with labor planning and P&L forecasting, and ensures compliance with health and safety standards. The position requires at least one year of leadership experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work in a warehouse environment.
