CTDI is hiring a Senior Operations Supervisor to oversee 2nd-shift operations from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The role leads supervisors and hourly employees, manages production lines and workflow, monitors performance and quality metrics, supports audits, drives continuous improvement, and prepares shift reports. Candidates need 2–5+ years of leadership experience, SAP experience, Lean and Six Sigma knowledge, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work in warehouse environments.
