Description
The Process Lead oversees blow molding, injection molding, and hot-plate welding operations, monitors machine performance and production documentation, identifies waste reduction and recycling opportunities, leads continuous improvement and countermeasures, and guides process technicians, production associates, and area leaders. The role also provides training and requires knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, with robotics experience preferred. A university degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred, and three years of relevant manufacturing experience is required.
